Hearing Application Procedure:
Hearing registration will be as follows:
- In person at the Office Registry (form to be completed by the applicant), according to the posted schedule;
- by submitting the application form by post or courier.
Persons will be notified in writing or by telephone of the date and time when they will be received at the hearing. The scheduling of the hearing will be made as soon as possible, usually in the week following the week in which the hearing was requested.
If the applicant does not attend the hearing on the date set, the application procedure will be repeated.
